A torch would also be useful.
Loose fitting, comfortable clothes for workshops are recommended.

A yoga mat (if you have one). Limited yoga mats will be available to borrow. If you have a spare one that you don't mind lending out, please bring that too.

Most importantly, please bring an open mind and a loving heart!

Q: Can I have a good time without drugs & alcohol?
A: I absolutely guarantee that you can. You just need to be prepared to be open to it. I think you'll be surprised.

Q: Are there any washing facilities?
A: There are running water points around the site to facilitate washing. We are working on some basic gravity fed showers. Hopefully these will be ready in time for the festival.
