Q: What is not included in the cost of my ticket?
A: There is an additional cost for food and drink. Reasonably priced vegetarian and vegan food will be available to purchase on site. A small donation will apply for healing and therapies. This year all profits will go to Lime Tree Farm who are raising money for an indoor classroom for their environmental education activities.

Q: Do I need to puchase my meal tickets before the event?
A: If you would like to purchase meals from Rocket Catering, you will need to buy these at least a week before the festival. These are available to buy online at http://beulah2016.bpt.me/
There will also be other meals, snacks, drink and cakes to purchase on site.

Q: Can I get tickets on the gate?
A: If there are any tickets left these will be available on the gate but we can't guarantee it. Please call 07816 764682 before you set off.

Q: Are children welcome?
A: Yes children are very welcome. Entry to children under 15 is £20 for the weekend. We have a kids tent this year with activities such as bush craft, kids yoga, storytelling, arts and crafts. The site is a wonderful playground, with secret spaces, woodlands, ponds, streams, a bird hide...

Q: Where will all the workshops be held?
A: Many of the workshops will be undercover. We have two large marquees this year. We also have the roundhouse, a cafe tent and a healing tent. Some workshops will be be held outdoors, around the site (weather permitting).

Q: Can I bring my dog(s)?
A: Unfortunately dogs are not allowed on site at the request of the landowner.

Q: What should I bring with me?
A: We will be sending out an email with what to bring a couple of weeks before the event. If you're camping, please bring a tent, sleeping bag and roll mat.
A torch would also be useful.
Loose fitting, comfortable clothes for workshops are recommended.
Clothing appropriate to the weather conditions
A yoga mat (if you have one). Limited yoga mats will be available to borrow. If you have a spare one that you don't mind lending out, please bring that too.

Most importantly, please bring an open mind and a loving heart!

Q: Can I have a good time without drugs & alcohol?
A: I absolutely guarantee that you can. You just need to be prepared to be open to it. I think you'll be surprised.

Q: Are there any washing facilities?
A: There are running water points around the site to facilitate washing. We are working on some basic gravity fed showers. Hopefully these will be ready in time for the festival.
